Join to apply for the Assistant Department Manager Photo Lab role at London Drugs Job SummaryThe Assistant Photo Lab Manager assists the Department Manager in maintaining merchandising, customer service, and operational standards within the lab and the photo counter. This customer‑service‑heavy role requires effective work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a professional, courteous, and helpful demeanor. Responsibilities• Direct staff to uphold merchandising and service standards.• Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the photo laboratory and photo counter.• Perform other management duties as required.• Foster a positive customer experience through high‑quality service. Qualifications• Minimum one year of management retail experience preferred; candidates without experience may also be considered.• Extensive knowledge of photography and staying current with technology innovations through independent training and research.• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
