Overview Camp Leader position at Science North, Sault Ste. Marie, ON. Responsible for supervising 5‑10 staff members to ensure safety, program delivery and quality of camp operations. Responsibilities Supervise 5‑10 staff members during camp sessions. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and first‑aid response. Coordinate camp activities and oversee daily operations. Maintain documentation of attendance, incidents and compliance. Qualifications Education: College, CEGEP, or other non‑university certificate or diploma, 1–2 years. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role. First Aid Certificate. Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly; travel expenses paid. Skills: Accurate, dependable, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral & written communication, flexibility, initiative, interpersonal awareness, judgment, organized, reliable, team player. Employment Details Location: Sault Ste. Marie, ON P6A 2B3 (On site). Salary: $20.50 to $21.50 per hour (to be negotiated). Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week. Term: Seasonal employment, full time. Schedule: early morning, day, weekend. Start date: 2026‑05‑31. Vacancies: 4. Other Requirements Criminal record check, driver’s licence validity check, driving record check. Who can apply?
