Company Finning Canada Number of Openings 1 Worker Type Permanent Job Description Ensure accurate and timely procurement of parts for all customers. Plan, organize, and schedule daily and weekly workloads and personnel assignments. Provide training and support for all parts functions as required. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers, delivering superior service. Facilitate change management in a demanding, customer‑focused environment. Identify and implement improvements to internal parts systems and processes. Conduct daily safety talks and regular department meetings to reinforce compliance and engagement. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and optimize workflow. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Day‑to‑Day Activities Supervise parts staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Review and approve parts orders for accuracy and timeliness. Conduct safety talks and maintain compliance with health and safety standards. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. Requirements Experience in a leadership role, preferably in parts. Previous experience in a customer‑facing sales role or related environment. Strong interpersonal and team‑building skills to foster positive employee engagement. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, Outlook, and Word. Important This position is based out of our Kamloops location. Permanent, full‑time role. Monday – Friday, 5x2 schedule.
