The role also involves strategy development, business development, regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Qualifications Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in overseeing teams and processes in food production or a related industry Knowledge of operational efficiency, budgeting, and performance management Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards within the food manufacturing sector Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage staff and liaise with stakeholders Experience with supply chain management and optimizing production workflows Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred Prior experience in the food production or manufacturing industry will be considered an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
