If you share our passion, we'd love to chat ❤️About the roleAs our Ad Creative Strategist, you will be full‑time focused on building, testing, and iterating ad creatives as we scale Facebook (Meta) ads. This role is creative‑first, research‑heavy, and performance‑driven, you’ll be responsible for generating winning angles, hooks, and creative concepts, then iterating based on what the data says.Bonus points if you can also jump into Ads Manager and understand optimization, but the core of this role is creative output and iteration velocity.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the creative pipeline for Meta ads: ideas → briefs → scripts → concepts → iterationsProduce and iterate creatives weekly (UGC style, statics, motion, direct‑response edits, hooks, angles)Run competitor research and maintain a “swipe file” of angles, offers, and creative patternsWork closely with Growth team to review performance and decide what to iterate nextWrite or refine ad copy, hooks, and messaging to match the angle and audience segmentBuild a repeatable creative testing system so winners scale and fatigue is managed(Bonus) Help run or optimize Meta campaigns and understand what makes creative performOur ideal candidateHas proven experience creating direct‑response ad creatives (Meta experience strongly preferred)Understands performance creative at a deep level (hooks, angles, pacing, fatigue, iteration)Research‑obsessed: you actively study competitors and market behaviorComfortable using data to make creative decisions (not just opinions)Can move fast and ship a high volume without sacrificing qualityBonus: experience running Meta ads, reading ad account data, and optimizing campaignsExcited about AI and knows how to translate the value into compelling, non‑hype creativeWhat we offerBe a key part of a leading global AI media and education company, shaping the future of AI implementation and impacting millions of businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, creators, and tech professionals.A fast‑paced work environment surrounded by a team excited and passionate about the future of AI.Free and early access to AI tools before public launch.Free access to The Rundown AI University.Substantial growth opportunities in the role and within the company.Competitive compensation and a flexible schedule.LocationFully remote.Our team members live in Canada, USA, UK, Switzerland, and more.How to applyApply here #J-18808-Ljbffr
