Canadian Coin & Currency is Canada’s largest collector coin retailer and is also an authorized distributor of collector coins for the Royal Canadian Mint. With a total of about 20 employees, every role is important and there is a strong cohesive team environment. About the Position: Bring your superb retail customer service experience, professional attitude and high aptitude to learn new skills, and we will train you to purchase and sell collector coins and precious metals and at our Richmond Hill location. The role also includes replying to online inquiries as well as customer service in person and through correspondence. This is a full-time position based in Richmond Hill, Ontario. Other responsibilities include keeping the store clean and organized as well as some administrative tasks. We are looking to hire someone who is motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn. There will be a great opportunity for advancement in the company as the online sales division continues to grow. What every candidate needs: Great customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. To be self-motivated and results driven. To have a proven interest in learning and development. Familiarity and comfort with computers and math. Your duties as a Precious Metals Buyer: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients in person, over the phone and by email. Accurately assess customers’ precious metals in a timely manner. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Work on other tasks and projects as assigned. What Do We Offer?
