Position Summary:The Field Execution Representative program is a market-specific program for Monster Beverage Corp. The purpose of the team is to:Support and assist Trade Development Managers in executing programsIncrease Merchandising support in All Measured ChannelsFocus on Distribution, Space & points of interruptionBuild and Strengthen route level relationships in Nielsen measured accountsExecute “Curb to Vault” strategy for POSSupport Sales efforts with communication via app-based tools.Essential Job Functions:Representatives will have several Roles and Responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:Maintain direct route level relationships with Store Managers on their specific routeMerchandising Monster as an individual contributor in the cold vault and in coolersExpanding cold space in all accounts where applicableTransport and placement of POS materials both in and outside of accountsResponsibly care for program materials and assets of Monster BeverageArrive on time and adhere to shift schedule, check in with Management via app-based toolsCommunicate execution action items to the Region Managers via daily trackerMaintain the brand appearance and wear proper attireEnsure professionalism, exceptional communication, and proactive interactions with customersKeep abreast on products, the category, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.Master the equipment used to conduct resets, build displays and handle coolers & racks in these respective accounts.Position Requirements:Must be able to stand for long periods of timeMay be required to travel when necessaryMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs. when requiredGeneral knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPointMust be 21 years of age or older and eligible to drive on behalf of MonsterMust have reliable transportation (able to transport reset, display, and POS equipment)Required: STR Kit [Base wrap x 1 roll, Monster case platforms x 2, Pricing, SDM Modulizer x 2, Mixed box of glides, Cooler Topper x 1]Periodically: Monster Dolly Rack, 22Wx23Dx67H, 46 lbs.Other related duties as assigned.Base Pay Rate: $20.00 CAD #J-18808-Ljbffr
