Graphic Designer & Copywriter Join Aplo Group, an e-commerce growth firm that specializes in scaling direct‑to‑consumer brands. We combine marketing and financial expertise to develop and implement sustainable, profitable e‑commerce growth strategies. About Aplo Group Aplo Group focuses on driving business-wide outcomes for E‑commerce brands, leveraging expertise in email & SMS marketing and paid advertising. Role Overview As a Graphic Designer & Copywriter, you will collaborate with the marketing team to create design and copy for email, SMS, and paid ad campaigns. Your creative work will directly impact the brand experience of our clients. Key Responsibilities Email Marketing Design on‑brand email campaigns and flows using Adobe Creative Suite and the Klayvio Email Builder. Write engaging copy, subject lines, and preview text. SMS Marketing Create strategic, creative copy for SMS campaigns. Design on‑brand MMS graphics (image/gif) to accompany SMS copy. Ad Creative Collaborate with media buyers and creative strategists to produce ad creative for platforms such as Meta. Workflow & Collaboration Conceptualize project briefs into effective creative content from copy to design. Provide input on creative direction and collaborate on revisions and project deliveries within a team setting. Participate in team meetings and video calls via Google Meet. Work remotely, managing your own schedule and staying on track with deliverables; communication occurs through Slack and Asana. Experience and Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably in Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing, or UX/UI Design. Experience using Klayvio. Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and branding. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS. Basic understanding of UX/UI Design principles. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight. Effective time‑management and multitasking skills. Versatile and able to conceptualize a brand’s creative vision, language, and expectations. Preferred: Experience in an agency or fast‑paced environment. Preferred: Familiarity with Slack and Asana. Application Notes Design assessment: Applicants will complete a short mock email design.
