Number of Positions: 1Duration: 12 monthsLocation: Toronto, ON, CAEligibility: Must be eligible to work in CanadaWork Arrangement: Hybrid position, 4 days per week onsite now, may be required to be fully onsite in the New Year Roles and Responsibilities Lead and manage the testing team across multiple projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery. Design and implement automation frameworks using tools such as Appium, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar. Develop and execute automated test scripts for Salesforce applications, including Lightning components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and integrations. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into test cases. Ensure test coverage across functional, regression, integration, and performance testing. Utilize Salesforce testing tools (e.g., Provar, Selenium, Salesforce DX) and techniques to validate customizations and configurations. Manage test environments, data setup, and test execution cycles. Track and report defects, test metrics, and progress to stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and automation practices. Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in QA and automation. Experience with API testing using Postman or REST-assured. Must Have Skills / Experience / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. 6+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role. Strong experience in test automation using Selenium, Java/Python, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git). Familiarity with Salesforce testing, including knowledge of Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools like Provar, AutoRABIT, or similar. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Salesforce certifications (e.g., "Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I"). Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner. Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices. Additional Highlights Onshore/offshore teams experience.
