You will analyze financial information, prepare journal entries, and deliver timely and accurate financial reports to management. The role requires excellent attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to learn and work with various financial systems.ResponsibilitiesExecute day‑to‑day accounting transactions including sales, cash receipts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.Prepare and maintain accurate bank, AR, and balance sheet reconciliations.Support period‑end close activities, including preparation of expense accruals.Prepare routine financial and operational reports to support internal stakeholders.Investigate and resolve discrepancies and reconciling items in a timely manner.Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.Collaborate with Finance team members to support reporting, forecasting, and audits.Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and data quality.Assist with special projects and ad‑hoc analysis as needed.Qualifications3+ years of experience in an accounting role.Completed or working toward a professional accounting designation.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Experience with Essbase, Power BI, Anaplan, and/or Oracle Peoplesoft is considered an asset.You areAnalytical with the ability to interpret trends and prepare meaningful analysis.An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal skills.Able to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.Able to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail.Driven and enthusiastic, with the ability to work well in a team environment.What we offerIn addition to a highly competitive salary, we offer a great range of benefits, a company pension plan, free parking, exclusive team member offers, and opportunities for development and career progression.Compensation$59,777.00 – $74,721.00The compensation offered for this position will take into consideration location, education, skills, experience and other factors.Seniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionAccounting/Auditing and FinanceIndustryRetail #J-18808-Ljbffr
