Sales and Customer Service Specialist – On SiteIO Solutions Contact Center is looking for candidates who enjoy challenges and love helping customers over the phone. Under the supervision of the Team Leader, the Sales and Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing on-the-phone quality customer service and meeting productivity targets. Today, they hold positions as trainers, supervisors, managers in the call center as well as in the IT, finance, communications and human resources departments.RESPONSIBILITIESInteract with customers by phone; advise and offer solutions adapted to their needsEstablish a climate of trust with the client in order to promote products, services and client retentionProvide attentive, courteous and efficient customer serviceProvide a unique experience through the quality of your service deliveryAct as an expert on our products and servicesAnalyze customer needs based on account and billing informationIdentify and capitalize on sales opportunities during customer interactions by recommending additional services or products based on their needs.Effectively communicate the value of products and services to encourage customers to make informed purchasing decisions.Use persuasive sales techniques to promote the benefits of product upgrades or add-ons that meet the customer’s specific needs.Maximize customer retention by offering targeted solutions and promotions that encourage loyalty and long-term satisfaction.Handle objections and provide alternative solutions to close sales and enhance customer satisfaction.Meet or exceed sales targets by consistently identifying and leveraging sales opportunities during customer interactions.QualificationsExcellent communication skills in French or English or Chinese.For French and Chinese-speaking candidates: English language is an asset but not requiredCustomer focused, positive attitude, empathy and good listening skillsStrong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence customer decisions.Sales-oriented mindset, with a focus on identifying opportunities to offer products and services that meet customer needs.Experience in handling objections and turning potential rejections into successful sales.Ability to meet sales targets and work in a performance-driven environment.Comfortable promoting products or services in a customer-focused manner.Ability to work in a computer environmentAbility to multi-taskPunctuality and respect for work schedulesGood time managementOrganized and autonomousType of positionPermanentFull timePart-timeLanguages RequiredFrenchCantonese and/or MandarinLocationDepartment GroupCall CenterCustomer ServiceTo be discussedAs soon as possibleApply for position" * " indicates required fields #J-18808-Ljbffr
