We focus on transforming products and experiences that support movement, growth, connection, and well-being, with an emphasis on equity, inclusion, and growing together as a team and a community.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment.Execute inventory processing per the Product Operations Lead, including accurate RFID counts according to company standards.Receive and process product deliveries, including folding, sorting, and hanging, to optimize space and productivity.Consolidate, prepare, package, and ship products to appropriate locations in accordance with company standards (e.g., damages, consolidations).Adjust product displays, perform daily restocking and destocking, and move products on the floor to maintain organization and presentation.Execute market-relevant omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/ship from store) according to company standards.Interact with guests or connect them with another team member to provide service and support the guest experience.Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment to ensure a positive experience for all team members and guests.Use in-store technology to support store operations and enhance guest experiences.Job RequirementsMust be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation.Must be 18 years of age or older.Schedule/Availability: work hours vary based on store needs; shifts may include evenings, overnights, mornings, afternoons, weekends, holidays, and times when the store is closed to guests.No experience required.Assets (nice to have)Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent or higher.Experience: retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations related (e.g., stocking or inventory processing).What We Look ForAttention to detail, organization, drive, safety orientation, personal responsibility, inclusion and diversity, collaboration and teamwork, adaptability and agility.Work ContextWork may involve moving through the store, sometimes on the sales floor with bright lights and music, or in areas with no windows.Work is performed as part of a team or independently, and may involve using a computer or other technology.May involve moving boxes up to 30 lbs or using ladders to reach materials.AccommodationsIn keeping with our mission, accommodations questions can be directed to accommodations@lululemon.com with the position title and location.Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay Range: $19.25 - $22.15/hour, subject to local minimum wageTarget Bonus: $2.00/hourTotal Target Base Pay Range: $21.25 - $24.15/hourlululemon’s compensation offerings follow a pay-for-performance philosophy and may vary based on location, knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
