Role Responsibilities

  • Uphold the restaurant vision, mission, culture, and core values at all times.
  • Support our Winning Hearts Every Day strategy through excellent service and teamwork.
  • Follow all Pathway training standards and continuously strive for operational excellence.
  • Adhere to our First Mile, Second Mile, and Recovery Service Models.
  • Comply with all food safety, quality, and legislative requirements.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times.
  • Execute standard operating procedures effectively, including handling kitchen equipment and systems.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while meeting speed, quality, and safety expectations.
  • Demonstrate strong personal qualities, including humility, collaboration, and a willingness to learn.

Qualifications

  • Previous kitchen or food preparation experience is an asset but not required—training provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must demonstrate integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Required skills and working conditions

  • Comfortable working in evening shifts up to 11pm
  • Must be legally permitted to work in Canada
  • Must be able to bend and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work Mondays - Saturdays
  • Must be available to work at least 2 Saturdays a month
  • Must be comfortable taking guest orders outside in the Drive Thru
