Senior Manager, Finance – TD Securities Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada Hours: 37.5 (Full-time) Line of Business: Finance Compensation: $108,800 - $163,200 CAD annually Overview TD is committed to fairness, growth, and opportunity. The Finance team supports the EveryDay Banking Savings and Investing product group within the Canadian Personal Bank, providing financial strategy and management support. Key Responsibilities Oversee financial reporting, forecasting/planning, and strategic analysis for EveryDay Banking group. Collaborate with TBSM to report on investment strategies and optimize outcomes. Conduct competitive analysis of business performance versus peers. Lead business case development and manage strategic initiatives. Manage expenses and identify opportunities to improve efficiency ratios. Operate in a fast‑paced environment with meticulous attention to detail. Implement value‑added process improvements to increase shareholder value. Promote a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, productivity, innovation, creativity, analysis, and advice. Qualifications Required skills and experience: Strong analytical & financial modelling skills for high‑level financial analysis. CPA/CA/CFA designation is an asset. Excellent business acumen and ability to consolidate information into clear, concise analysis for critical decisions. Experience working with senior executives. Highly motivated, proactive self‑starter with strong time‑management and adaptability. Organizational awareness and ability to balance Finance and Business Bank viewpoints. Understanding of Personal Deposit business is an asset. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across functions. Strong influence and motivation skills, including for individuals without direct reporting. Negotiation, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
