We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in leading the forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles for a dynamic $4 billion global market segment. Responsibilities Lead the development of the annual operating plan (AOP), including establishing timelines, guiding sites on key assumptions, assisting with target setting, facilitating alignment meetings, and preparing and presenting the AOP deck to the leadership team. Drive the development of a comprehensive 3‑year strategic plan and associated presentation materials. Lead the development of the monthly executive review package, coordinating with the cross‑functional team on required materials and developing several financial pages including commentary and variance analysis. Lead the development of the quarterly board presentation & Investor Relations package. Support analysis for key customer negotiations as required. Other duties as assigned to drive cash or profit improvements. Highly organized & operate with a high level of curiosity. Exceptional attention to detail, coupled with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers. Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives under tight deadlines. Demonstrated success in building strong cross‑functional partnerships. Strong background in financial planning & analysis. Qualifications 8+ years of relevant finance experience. Bachelor’s degree; an Accounting designation is preferred. Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple complex initiatives under tight deadlines. Demonstrated success in building strong cross‑functional partnerships. Strong background in financial planning & analysis.
