Building a personal business network of entrepreneurs / potential clients Managing your own book of business and bringing in new business As far as experience and skills, our Senior Manager will have a strong background in accounting and tax, but, most importantly: Emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills Excellent empathy to understand client needs and pain points Ambitious and proactive Risk tolerant Clear written and verbal communication both with clients and Provision team members. Have the ability to communicate complex issues to clients at a level that they can understand without overwhelming them with unnecessary details. Strong knowledge of small business and personal tax Excellent time management skills and attention to detail Experience managing junior accountants and providing feedback and points of improvement The desire to take the lead in client interactions and work together to solve their problems Energetic with a willingness to work hard and learn new skills Ambition to help strengthen the backbone of Canada’s economy: owners of small and medium businesses.
