**MANAGER - PUBLIC PRACTICE**

We are looking for a manager to join our growing team. An organized, detail-oriented individual who takes pride and ownership in their work should perform well in this role.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Review of Compilation Engagements, Review Engagement and Audit files in an efficient manner with mínimal Partner involvement
- Plan engagements and lead teams in an efficient and effective manner
- Review of Corporate and Personal income tax returns
- Ability to research accounting, auditing and income tax issues
- Supervise and train junior staff promoting learning and effectiveness
- Excellent customer service skills as this position will require extensive client contact

**COMPETENCIES AND CHARACTERISTICS**

CPA designation

4 or more years of work experience in public practice in a small to medium sized accounting firm with at least one year of reviewing Compilation Engagement files

Very proficient in Caseware, Caseview, Profile or Tax Prep

Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to multitask, meet deadlines and manage a large volume of clients

Strong analytical and research skills in accounting

Strong communication skills and time management skills.

Effective communicator and articulate

Displays enthusiasm and passion

Effective - ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure

Accountable - take responsibility of client deadlines and goals; and highly organized and efficient
