OverviewProject Delivery Manager role at Allnorth Americas. Reporting to the VP, Field Services, the role oversees the execution and completion of projects while leading a team of professionals. This role drives revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction by delivering projects on time and on budget in collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.ResponsibilitiesPlan and forecast project resource needs.Lead strategic planning, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, and quality control for the PDG.Communicate with leadership and support strategic initiatives.Mentor and guide team members, resolving conflicts and fostering collaboration.Collaborate with HR and project leaders on talent development, performance management, and ensuring the right skills are in place to deliver successful projects.Monitor KPIs and optimize divisional performance.Ensure projects meet contractual requirements, reporting, and change management processes.Support project recovery planning when required.QualificationsDiploma of Technology or a B.
