Own your direction, Own your development and Own your path.What you’ll doFeed Mill Operator plays a vital role in contributing to the production of high-quality livestock feed through the operations of bulk receiving, mixing, pelleting, and shipping activities at Chilliwack Mill. This position supports uninterrupted production operations by proactively identifying and resolving issues.Operate production machinery and identify areas to optimize production performanceEnsure quality and food safety standards are metMeet or exceed production targets, record data on production orders and activitiesExecute small maintenance tasks and repair work on production equipmentPromote awareness of any unsafe situation and take appropriate actionWho we’re looking for2 – 3 years manufacturing experience an assetBoiler certificate is preferred (at least Class 5)Ability to work in rotational shifts. Rotating Weekly.
