Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Barrie, Ontario, a rapidly growing community. Your day-to-day tasks will include handling personal injury lawsuits, advocating for clients, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, negotiating, and representing clients. You will work closely with clients, medical professionals, and other relevant parties to build strong cases and seek the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Qualifications
Experience in personal injury law
Strong advocacy and negotiation skills
Excellent legal research and writing abilities
Knowledge of relevant legal procedures and regulations
Ability to work effectively in a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases
License to practice law in Ontario

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with trial preparation, familiarity with personal injury assessment and rehabilitation, and knowledge of insurance law.
