EHS Specialist at North Star Windows

Drive safety culture and compliance as an EHS Specialist at North Star Windows in St. Thomas. Lead impactful safety initiatives and maintain local regulatory adherence in a fully on-site role. In this position, you will leverage over three years of health and safety experience to oversee environmental, health, and safety policies. By collaborating with leadership, you will implement key improvements, deliver EHS training, and manage incident investigations to ensure workplace safety. Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with management on safety change initiatives
• Train staff to ensure EHS regulatory compliance

Requirements:
• 3+ years in occupational health and safety
• Diploma/certificate in Occupational Health & Safety preferred
• Knowledge of EHS regulatory requirements
• Canadian Registered Safety Professional designation preferred
