Access to Niagara Peninsula Conservation Area locations Summary of Duties Join the NPCA in a dynamic role that puts you at the center of creating memorable experiences in a beautiful Conservation Area setting As a Park Services Representative, you will be the driving force behind the daily operations of a vibrant Conservation Area, working closely with the Park Manager to keep the park thriving. From helping shape revenue goals and bringing creative marketing ideas to life, to ensuring every visitor leaves with a smile, your impact will be felt daily. You will assist in resolving complex customer service situations, tackle on‑ground challenges and maintain a safe and welcome environment for all. With your hands‑on knowledge of park maintenance and your ability to stay calm and effective in urgent situations, you will play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, particularly in the Park Manager’s absence. This is a seasonal, full‑time opportunity running from April through October 2026. Duties and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to conservation area visitors regarding conservation area services, programs, facility bookings, admission, retail and membership pass sales and conservation area rules and regulations. Oversee gatehouse operations including cash, POS and reservation systems. Implement facility bookings and administer contracts for facility rental agreements. Assist in implementing business and marketing strategies for the conservation area. Suggest revenue‑generating programs and services to Park Manager. Assist with NPCA programs and events and set up for facility rentals. Qualifications Diploma or certificate in Recreation and Leisure, Hospitality, Administration or a related field. Five (5) years of experience in Customer Service. Experience operating POS and reservation systems. Working knowledge of general facility and grounds maintenance. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Current knowledge of computer applications. Excellent customer service skills, including verbal and written communication. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to problem solve and diffuse situations. Valid G class driver’s license. First Aid and CPR C an asset. Must be available to work full‑time hours from April to October 2026. Locations Applicants will be assigned to one location but may be asked to work at any of the locations listed below. This role will be required to work some evening and weekend shifts.
