Role Overview As a Social Copywriter, you are part of an agile social team that looks for inspiration in culture and the internet to find the next breakthrough social content. You are the voice of your brands online, shaping personalities every day with the words and ideas you create. You have a deep understanding of your audience and brand passion points, enabling you to identify opportunities for social content. You craft clever responses and meaningful brand acts that define how your brand comes to life. Core Responsibilities Social Copywriting – write a range from funny to inspiring content for social and digital channels. Content Creation – write, edit, and publish engaging posts for various social networks. Social Optimization – refine posts (language, tone, message) based on audience behaviors and brand voice. Collaboration – work with a Content Creator on images and videos to complement text and co‑create a wide range of post types. Brand Presence Creation – manage and update social media pages, profiles with on‑tone descriptions and news. Ad Copywriting – coordinate with internal teams to create advertising concepts. Community Management – respond to questions and comments on social media pages in a timely manner or transfer to the social care or escalation team for customer service‑related issues. Experience & Skills 1+ year of experience in a social team or creative department. Advertising portfolio required. Proven track record of writing for brands with a significant following, ideally for a CPG or lifestyle brand. University or college diploma in marketing, advertising, or a related field is preferred. Ability to work with creative teams and strategists, providing expertise and influencing brand strategy. Love and deep understanding of social culture and trends. Experience with a social media management platform (e.g., Sprout, Sprinklr, Khoros) is required. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Passion for food and food marketing. Desire to produce award‑winning, internationally recognized work.
