You will work closely with the Regional Sales Vice President in defining, communicating, and realizing the vision of the sales strategy/roadmap.ResponsibilitiesShort-term and long-range business planningLeveraging data analytics to inform targeting and resource allocationTerritory Manager field visitsEngagement and relationship management with key customersCoaching and development Territory Managers and Associate TM’sProvide direct reports with the resources they need to quote and close businessEnsuring all corporate compliance policies are understood and upheldDeveloping, forecasting, and executing upon monthly, quarterly, and annual sales production, growth, and profit goals.Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and develop top talentIdentify business challenges and develop appropriate action plansProvide business systems and technical support to internal teams and customers.Proactively provide feedback to the business on improvements to our sales and marketing strategy, identify skills gaps and support sales team efforts to execute on revenue generating sales activities.Resolve customer challenges when escalation is necessary.Look for, record and report trends, challenges, and issues within the region immediately to the VP of Sales.Attend regional and national industry specific conventions, symposia, conferences and other events as necessary.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience7+ years of direct outside sales experience in healthcare related field3+ years of team leadership experienceTrack record of leading and motivating a high performing field sales teams to exceed sales goals through strong coaching and interpersonal skillsStrong financial acumenAbility to work in a highly matrixed, fast-paced, complex environmentHighly driven, strong work ethic, and ability to influence othersStrong proficiency of Microsoft Office applications and CRM toolsProven track record of consistently exceeding financial and/or other quantitative targets, as well as qualitative goalsExcellent communications and presentation skillsAbility to travel daily within assigned regionMust have the ability to travel within the assigned territoryMust have valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving recordUS work authorization is a precondition of employment.
