Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)Location: Calgary, AB, CA, T2G 5S5Job DescriptionCintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which we deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products.• Comprehensive 10‑week training program• Solid base salary and commission potential after being assigned a route• Majority work a 4‑Day workweek• Majority work no nights or weekends• Monthly/Quarterly performance bonuses & incentivesKey ResponsibilitiesYou are the face of Cintas to our customers and must work to build rapport with key decision makersEnsure quality standards, and proactively solve customer concernsGrow our existing customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and servicesNegotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safelyComply with driving and vehicle regulationsSkills/QualificationsQualified candidates must meet all requirements outlined by Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. In order to comply with Provincial requirements, qualified candidates must, prior to their first day of employment:Possess an active driver’s license in good standingAll successful candidates will also possess:The ability to meet the physical requirements of the positionA High School diploma, GED or Military ServiceThe ability to demonstrate a strong customer service orientationSelf‑motivation and the drive to work in an environment that relies on teamwork to meet goalsA positive attitude, along with ambition, organization and service spiritBenefitsCintas provides extended health care coverage for many services not covered by the Provincial Health Care System.
