KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work closely with Portfolio Managers by providing support for the administration of the portfolios and client relationships (institutional & private clients) Preparing portfolios reviews and presentations to clients and prospects in PowerPoint Prepare and/or update Excel models with client data, portfolio performance, and market indicators Reviewing and drafting client reporting statements, ensuring quality and consistency Perform ongoing portfolio administration for client portfolios, which may include account transfers, updating client documentation, completing forms. Supporting the onboarding of new clients by coordinating required documentation, setting up accounts, and ensuring a smooth transition into ongoing service. SKILLS Well organized, detail oriented, focused on accuracy & time management Enjoys analytical work Works well independently & as part of a team Interest in investments and financial markets QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE Undergraduate degree in business (specialization in finance or accounting is an asset) 0-2 years of experience in a related role within the financial services or investment industry is an asset.
