Position Overview Finance Manager at Grand Prairie Subaru, Grand Prairie, AB (Full Time, Immediate Hire). Compensation is commissioned-based, ranging from $90,000 to $150,000. About the Dealer Grand Prairie Subaru is part of the AutoCanada dealership network, serving the Grand Prairie area since 2022. The dealership prides itself on extensive product training, a high‑traffic location, and a team focused on celebrating success. Key Responsibilities Assist the Financial Services team and customers in selecting financing options, including loan and lease packages, from a variety of financial institutions. Sell additional products such as extended warranties, vehicle protection plans, and other F&I products. Prepare and review loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with dealership, state, and federal regulations. Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions. Ensure all finance and insurance transactions comply with industry laws and dealership policies. Provide guidance and training to the sales team on finance options and procedures. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for financing and F&I products. Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns regarding financing options. Must-Haves / Qualifications Proven experience as an Automotive Finance Manager and/or Director within the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products. In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements, including federal and state laws related to finance and insurance in automotive sales. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities with a customer‑focused mindset. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Experience with F&I software and dealership management systems (DMS). A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits package.
