We are seeking Project Managers for our New Brunswick office. Using your proven experience and leadership capabilities, you will take on a lead role in project management and delivery. With your solution focused and team-oriented attitude, you will lead a collaborative team of construction professionals who match your drive for excellence. Using your client centric approach and proven technical expertise, you embrace the role of being a trusted leader for our team and steadfast advisor for our clients to successfully execute every exciting and challenging project you take on. Success is in the details and the core of what you do. As a Project Manager, you are a scheduling guru keeping project goals, execution, people, and communication always top of mind. As a key member of our team, we will rethink construction together, from idea to completion. Essential Responsibilities Grow and maintain strong relationships with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients to achieve the project goals and vision Develop and drive the construction schedule in conjunction with the project team ensuring that completion dates and milestones are met Put your problem-solving skills to work and recommend innovative methods that will increase effectiveness and efficiency to ensure project excellence and productivity Use your proactive approach to ensure compliance with our first-class Quality Program Apply your financial management experience to plan, manage and respect project budgets, costs, and associated purchasing Share your knowledge and be a role model through mentorship opportunities with project team members Take pride in compiling and completing company wide project reports Celebrate project success and completion and be a key member of the project wrap-up process.
