Position Summary Manages and optimizes hybrid environments with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Office 365. Responsibilities include backup and recovery, system updates, performance monitoring, security compliance, and administration of Azure services, Dynamics 365, and SQL databases. Job Responsibilities Backup and restore cloud services in Azure VM’s, CRM dynamics 365 and Veeam. Apply monthly operating system updates and patches, and configuration changes as required to ensure optimal performance. Support, manage and optimize hybrid (on-premises and cloud) data center environments. Support and maintain Azure products, including Azure Compute, Azure Storage, Azure Analytics, Azure Networking, Azure DevOps, Azure Security, Azure Databases (mainly Azure SQL), and Azure Backup & DSR. Analyze system logs and identify potential issues with computer systems. Support O365, Teams, and SharePoint environments. Support Exchange Online. Support integration of on-premises apps and cloud apps. Support the infrastructure for Dynamics 365 Apps. Support the application team by troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure and application issues where required to ensure operational efficiency. Implement and manage performance monitors across the cloud and on‑premises environments. Optimize the use and cost of cloud infrastructure. Establish and maintain user access privileges to all supported IT systems; help implement security measures, support cybersecurity initiatives, and ensure compliance with IT governance. Develop documentation of system configuration and systems operational support procedures. Azure deployment and management (Identity, Compute, Storage, Containers, Security, Networking, Migration, Windows Virtual Desktop, Serverless Computing, Management and Governance). Office 365 Administration (Apps, E‑Mail, Collaboration, Identity and Access Management, Exchange, groups Threat protection and Endpoint Management). Microsoft Server Operating Systems (installing, patching, monitoring, optimizing, etc). Azure Microsoft Active Directory Management. SQL administration (Security, backups, restores, Troubleshooting, maintenance). Dynamics 365 management (Security roles, RSO administration, deployment). Azure disaster recovery management (Deploy VMs, migration, troubleshoot). Job Qualifications College Diploma in Information Technology. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the IT field, including at least 3 years in a Cloud Administrator capacity. Microsoft Azure Certification. Information Technology experience managing Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Dynamics 365, O365 and SharePoint. Strong experience supporting Azure cloud virtualized environment and Office 365, Azure ASR and Azure services. Experienced in Windows server environments.
