Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Burlington, ON, for the role of Marketing Director. The Marketing Director will be responsible for strategizing, developing, and implementing comprehensive marketing plans. Duties include overseeing marketing initiatives, conducting market research, managing campaigns to drive brand growth, collaborating with internal teams, and supervising the sales and marketing departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Proven experience in marketing strategy, market planning, and market research Strong background in marketing leadership, brand building, and go-to-market execution Experience supporting sales growth and building meaningful customer relationships Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and scale a high-performing marketing team Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA considered an asset Experience with sustainability-focused brands or within the packaging or CPG industry is an asset #J-18808-Ljbffr
