The Role: Commercial Project Coordinator Reporting directly to the Commercial Project Manager. What Success Looks Like You bring energy and passion to organizing, planning, and setting priorities—and it shows in everything you do. You communicate confidently and clearly, whether you’re writing an email or talking through a project update. You juggle multiple projects with ease, coordinating every detail while keeping timelines and budgets on track. Project files and documentation are always organized, up to date, and easy for the team to navigate. You uphold standards and specifications flawlessly—nothing slips past you. You provide steady, reliable support to the Commercial Project Manager, helping keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish. You oversee material ordering and on‑time delivery schedules.
