We focus on quality, consistency, and sustainability, and our business is driven by warm, passionate people who embody a desire to help each of us feel more connected to one another.Since 1989, our real estate portfolio has grown to an asset value of $9 billion and includes condominiums, rentals, industrial and commercial properties, and public infrastructure projects across Canada.Reporting StructureThis position will report directly to the Supervisor, Accounts Payable and will support the IPP Accounting and Corporate Accounting teams as part of their day-to-day responsibilities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with system development and testing as requiredFollow up and tracking of invoices with the property management teamManage coding and approvals for invoices processed outside of P2PMonthly reconciliation of vendor statements, review of AP aging reportsAssist with Development and Corporate payables as neededKnowledge and SkillsMinimum 2-3 years full cycle APHighly organized and can effectively prioritize and multi-task under multiple deadlinesAble to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrifice to quality of workTakes a positive approach to responsibilities and interpersonal interactionsTeam playerQuick learner and works well independentlyPossess good analytical skills and is detail orientedProfessional written and verbal communication skillsYardi 7S experience is an assetReal estate experience is an assetThis is a general description of the tasks and skills required.
