Job Description (English)

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Developer to help design, build, test, deliver, maintain, and improve applications while contributing across the entire software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, code, unit test, and integrate new features and functionality as defined by the Product Owner and team.
• Apply creative problem-solving techniques to bring software designs to life.
• Build applications, APIs, and data solutions to support business initiatives.
• Develop and support automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Participate in ideation and brainstorming sessions to create innovative digital solutions.
• Provide daily progress updates through Jira or Kanban boards.
• Complete and maintain documentation related to deployment, maintenance, support, and business requirements.
• Work independently and collaboratively to research and develop products aligned with organizational strategy.
• Explore new ideas through experimentation, prototyping, and rapid feedback cycles.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to adopt new technologies, processes, and best practices focused on security and efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across cloud, mobile, web, data, innovation, and SAP environments.
• Build and operate cloud-native solutions.
• Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to deliver solutions effectively.
• Participate in code reviews, continuous integration practices, technical debt reduction initiatives, and automated testing efforts.
• Contribute to microservices-based architectures and modern cloud platforms.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of one or more programming languages including React, Java, C/C++, C#, Objective-C, Python, JavaScript, or similar technologies.

Core Technical Skills

• Full-stack development experience using technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, React, Node.js, Python, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with web application development and RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of source control management and version control best practices.
• Familiarity with development, debugging, and application support tools.
• Experience with cloud platforms, Linux, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures.
• Understanding of integration design, API management, non-functional requirements, and solution architecture.
• Business analysis, project planning, delivery, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of application lifecycle management, testing strategies, technical analysis, and solution design.
• Experience with secure coding best practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile environments with diverse stakeholders.
