AO Globe Life seeks a full-time Sales Representative to understand customer needs and present appropriate insurance solutions. You will generate and qualify leads, explain product benefits, address questions, and guide applicants through the process. The position includes collaboration and ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with working families
- Generate and qualify insurance sales leads
- Explain product benefits and answer customer questions
- Guide potential customers through applications
- Maintain accurate interaction records and follow up
Requirements:

- Strong communication for professional virtual meetings
- Time management, self motivation, and accountability
- Comfort using digital tools and documentation
- Customer focused, ethical, and compliant sales approach
