Read on.Your mission, should you choose to accept it:As the Recruiting Associate, you’ll play a vital role in building the dream team at Sama, including our team of Associate Coaches. We need a hands-on operational professional to coordinate the recruiting effort at Sama. You will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and ensuring the onboarding process runs smoothly.Interest in organising events is a plus. Knowledge of the executive coaching industry will be quite helpful. If you’re a self-starter with experience working in an entrepreneurial team, coordinating all aspects of a recruiting cycle, we would love to hear from youThis role will report to our CoFounder & Head Coach.What you’ll be doing day to day:Sourcing exceptional candidates: Ongoing sourcing of highly qualified candidates for Associate Coaches and internal roles. Use of ATS (Workable), LinkedIn, and job boards to find and track candidates.Liaising with internal teams: Communicate with each Hiring Manager to understand hiring needs, share insights and best practices.
