Key Responsibilities
• Manage accounting processes for assigned properties
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

Requirements:
• Accounting degree or diploma required
• 3-5 years of accounting experience
• 2+ years in real estate accounting
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and accounting software
