Key Responsibilities
Greet and engage customers in promotional environments such as shopping centres and events.
Explain credit-card product details clearly and professionally.
Assist customers with applications, ensuring all compliance and documentation standards are met.
Maintain an organized and welcoming promotional space.
Report activity results and feedback to campaign leads.
