You’ll be the technical + finance brain powering the entire integration. This isn’t a maintenance role. This is a build, architect, fix, streamline, reconcile, and elevate role. The scope can flex – Manager, Senior Manager, or Director, depending on what you bring to the table. Why This Role Is a Big Deal You get full ownership of a multi‑system integration involving NetSuite, ERP consolidations, payroll, billing, and banking platforms. You control the accuracy and integrity of the numbers; your work directly impacts monthly close, reporting, and executive decision‑making. You’ll partner closely with senior finance leadership, IT, and the carve‑out business. There’s a multi‑year roadmap ahead, including system harmonization, integration upgrades, and future acquisitions. You can genuinely shape the finance systems landscape for years to come. What You’ll Lead Own everything related to NetSuite finance systems and integrations for the newly acquired business. Ensure financial data moves cleanly between NetSuite and other platforms (ERP, payroll, billing, banking). Perform deep data mapping, validation, and reconciliation work, including tying out trial balances and resolving discrepancies. Be the core liaison between Finance and IT, ensuring both sides align on what the numbers need to do. Troubleshoot, refine, and optimize integrations as the organization transitions through its ERP roadmap. Document and streamline processes for long‑term stability. Able to troubleshoot data issues, improve mapping, and ensure accurate consolidation. Skilled communicator who works well with senior finance, IT, and operational teams. Experience with ERP/consolidation systems, payroll or billing systems, or treasury/banking integrations is a plus. Work Model Hybrid – typically two days onsite in Markham, flexible days. Occasional in‑person meetings for leadership sessions, project reviews, or quarterly events.
