Your role As a Lifemark physiotherapist, you’ll be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team, empowering individuals to overcome challenges, improve mobility, and achieve health goals. You’ll be an educator, motivator, and problem-solver, meeting people where they are on their health journeys and delivering patient-centered care. Responsibilities Develop personalized, evidence-informed care plans to support rehabilitation and wellness goals. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient-centered care and achieve optimal outcomes. Mentor and provide leadership as assigned. Stay current with best practices through ongoing learning and professional development. Utilize modern tools, including e-charting and digital communication, to streamline workflow. Partner with therapy assistants and kinesiologists to maximize clinical impact. Educate patients and their families on recovery, prevention, and self-management strategies. Qualifications Active license in good standing with your provincial regulatory college. Professional liability insurance (as required). 1–2+ years of outpatient clinic experience Exceptional interpersonal skills and a patient-first mindset. Enthusiasm for mentoring, participating in clinic events, and sharing knowledge. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
