Ability to travel from home to home within the community – a valid driver’s license, vehicle and car insurance is required. A commitment to person‑ and family‑centered care. Passion, empathy, and critical thinking in client decision‑making. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate within an interdisciplinary team while working independently. A deep appreciation for the role of a therapist in keeping clients at home when it aligns with their personal goals.
