Mine Manager We are supporting a producing underground mine in Canada with the appointment of a Mine Manager to join the site leadership team. This is a site based role reporting directly into the General Manager, with a clearly defined progression pathway as the operation moves through an important stabilisation and build phase in early 2026. The mine is operating and producing, with strong senior leadership in place. This role offers the opportunity to have meaningful impact by strengthening execution underground, reinforcing standards, and helping align people, planning, and contractors as the operation matures. The successful candidate will be supported by experienced operators at site and corporate level, with genuine mentorship and development built into the role.
