A team where everyone makes play happen.We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help shape the user experience for internal products and platforms used to manage cross-channel marketing assets. You’ll report to the Design & Content Production Director. This role blends UX strategy, interaction design, visual marketing craft, and systems thinking into a single, end-to-end product design practice.You’ll work with product managers, engineers, and fellow design teammates to define intuitive experiences, scalable interaction patterns, and workflows that maintain a high visual quality bar to support both near-term and long-term platform goals. Our ideal candidate has a proven track record of successfully building human-centered design solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, adapt to a constantly evolving industry, and bring practical knowledge of UX research and digital marketing visual strategies, along with a positive energy that benefits the team.ResponsibilitiesContribute meaningfully to the on-time launch of the next generation of EA’s cross-channel marketing asset management productsLead end-to-end product design from discovery through delivery, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraintsDefine and evolve interaction patterns and workflows that scale across products and featuresDesign high-quality UI visuals that are clear, usable, and aligned with our brand and design systemContribute to and help shape our design system, including components, patterns, and usage guidancePartner with product and engineering to influence UX strategy and roadmap decisionsUse research insights, data, and design principles to inform decisions and measure impactCommunicate design intent clearly through artifacts, presentations, and collaborationQualificationsBasic Qualifications7+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or interaction designStrong portfolio demonstrating:A deep understanding of customer needs and how design solutions improve usability, accessibility, or outcomesUX and product thinking from concept through execution across diverse surfaces, devices, or platformsInteraction design and systems thinkingPolished visual UI executionExperience working with or contributing to design systems and Figma LibrariesProficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)Ability to move fluidly between strategy, research, and executionStrong collaboration and communication skills both written and verbalComfort working in complex, cross-functional product environmentsAbility to influence change and challenge the status-quo respectfully to encourage innovation, efficiency, or productivity on behalf of customersAdditional QualificationsExperience managing and scoping projects with quick turnaroundsExperience leading workshops and Design Sprints to drive collaborative and innovative solutionsExperience in Art Direction, Creative Direction or Graphic DesignFamiliarity with web, email, and in-game creative requirementsComfort using Google Workspace toolsPay TransparencyPay RangesBritish Columbia (depending on location e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$100,000 - $139,500 CADPay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.
