About The Role Glia is shaping the next era of customer service, where AI and human expertise work together to create faster, more personal, more connected experiences. As our Web Manager, Brand & Growth, you’ll own Glia.com as our primary storytelling and conversion engine. You’ll design, build, and optimize web experiences in Webflow and Figma that clearly communicate our value across industries and audiences. You’ll bring our brand to life by building product pages, educational content, event experiences, and campaign landing pages—while continuously improving site performance, UX clarity, and conversion results. This is a high‑autonomy role for someone who loves turning ideas into polished, high‑performing digital experiences, and who is energized by partnering with Brand, Content, Product Marketing, and Growth teams to shape the digital front door of an AI leader in banking interactions. Core Focus Areas Web Platform Ownership Own end‑to‑end development and management of Glia.com in Webflow. Maintain site architecture, hosting, uptime, page speed, performance, and accessibility. Ensure brand quality and consistency across all web surfaces. Oversee technical infrastructure including domains, SSL, tracking, and integrations. Design & User Experience Translate brand, messaging, and content strategy into user‑centered page layouts. Create high‑impact campaign pages, landing pages, and interactive activations in partnership with Brand and Content teams. Partner closely with Creative and Product Marketing to evolve site layout patterns, component libraries, and visual direction. Growth & Conversion Optimization Help create the end‑to‑end conversion optimization strategy for the website with data and analysis, from first visit and landing page engagement through lead capture, qualification, and pipeline progression to eliminate friction and find new opportunities. Run A/B tests and experiments informed by funnel data, session insights, heatmaps, and performance metrics. Build dashboards and share learnings with marketing and leadership on a weekly and monthly basis. SEO & Performance Enablement Implement and maintain on‑page and technical SEO best practices. Collaborate with an established SEO agency on recommendations, enhancements, and testing, reporting on how Glia surfaces in AI‑assisted search environments, leveraging analytics, sentiment analysis, qualitative search testing, and emerging performance metrics to understand and improve digital discoverability. Ensure Core Web Vitals performance standards are met or exceeded. Support AEO and GEO initiatives by structuring content to perform well in AI‑assisted search environments (e.g., Search Generative Experience, Gemini, Perplexity). Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Project Leadership Partner with Content, Brand, PMM, Paid Media, and Marketing Ops to align the website to campaign goals. Work closely with Marketing Ops to ensure seamless Marketo tracking, form routing, and lead flows. Coordinate project timelines, updates, and review cycles across teams. Must‑Haves 5+ years of experience across web development, web design, or digital/web marketing in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology environments. Expert proficiency in Webflow, HTML/CSS, responsive implementation, and component‑based site builds. Strong visual design and UX sensibility; fluent in Figma. Experience managing and optimizing Marketo web forms and/or landing pages, tracking, and conversion flows. Demonstrated ability to improve conversion rates, reduce friction, and optimize page performance. Hands‑on experience with GA4, heatmaps, Webflow analytics, and A/B testing platforms like Webflow Optimize. Strong understanding of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals performance practices. Experience working cross‑functionally and operating autonomously in fast‑moving environments. Very strong communication skills and English language proficiency and a collaborative, proactive mindset. Strongly Preferred Experience with Salesforce integrations and lead generation motions. Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools. Understanding of B2B SaaS buyer journeys and enterprise messaging patterns. Comfort collaborating with or managing external agencies. Interest in understanding how AI‑driven search (SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) changes how users discover and evaluate products. Familiarity with implementing structured data, schema markup, and content clarity techniques that support Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). Comfort adapting web content for both human readability and machine interpretation. Glia is an equal‑opportunity employer.
