Responsibilities You will spearhead the annual business planning and financial oversight for the regional survey group, monitoring revenue, margins, and team utilization. Your role involves mentoring staff through performance reviews, fostering a collaborative team culture, and resolving operational challenges. You will manage high-profile projects from proposal to completion, ensuring technical excellence and consistency while maintaining strong relationships with both existing and new clients. Qualifications Degree in Geomatics or Civil Engineering (or an equivalent field) Experience in the surveying sector for urban development While an Ontario Land Surveyor (OLS) license is a significant asset, it is not required 10 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership or staff management capacity Success in this role requires a deep understanding of business finance, contract management, and surveying principles, alongside exceptional communication and negotiation skills Summary If the above position is of interest, please email courtney.latta@randstad.ca or apply directly here.
