Soul Restaurants Canada, part of the Soul Foods Group, comprises over 230 restaurants and stores including KFC, Taco Bell, and Starbucks brands. Employing over 4,000 employees, the business continues to grow through acquisition and development.


As a highly motivated people leader, you will lead a team of up to 10 Restaurant Managers to develop robust talent pipelines, to create an outstanding employee experience that delivers an unrivaled guest experience on each and every visit to maximize revenues and deliver strong financial performance.

This is not your typical Monday to Friday role, but one that requires you to work a weekly changing schedule that includes evenings and weekends, with the majority of your time is spent visiting your restaurants to support your RGM's to grow themselves and their businesses.


Job functions will include:

Coach and develop a talent pipeline, ensuring all restaurants are fully staffed with trained and engaged teams.

To provide day-to-day leadership and support to your RGM's and their teams.

Drive sales and profitability within the area, identifying opportunities for LSM activity and improved financial performance.

Within the communities in which we operate, support and encourage your teams to become an integral part of their community.

Ensure that the teams you lead adhere to the brand standards within their restaurants and stores at all times.

As an ideal candidate you will:

Ideally, be educated to degree level and have some proven multi-unit QSR leadership experience.

Have a demonstrable track record of personal growth and development of yourself and those within your teams.

Be an energetic person with strong interpersonal skills which include your ability to communicate effectively, work collaboratively, undertake business analysis, and leverage business acumen to provide strong coaching and influence to your teams and peers.

Possess a full driving license and have your own vehicle
