Ensure smooth kitchen functioning through training, mentoring, and supporting staff. Maintain Earls standards with exceptional food quality. Manage food ordering, cost control, and quality assurance. Be a problem solver and team player. Use your multitasking and communication skills to address challenges and make decisions. Enhance guest experience. Demonstrate culinary passion through perfect execution and product knowledge. Foster team collaboration. Create a supportive environment that promotes teamwork. Qualifications: At least 2 years of culinary experience. Minimum 1 year of management experience. Passion for culinary arts and teamwork. Commitment to supporting and engaging with team members and guests. Food Safe Level 1 certification is a plus. Legal right to work in Canada.
