As a Manager, Client Services, you will play a key role in leading and developing a team within the Group Benefits and Retirement Solutions department, based in Quebec City, whose mission is to deliver an exceptional client experience and implement innovative service strategies.This position is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and fully realize your potential within a caring and reliable organization. Here, people and their development are at the heart of our priorities, fostering an environment that encourages collaboration and innovation.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and maintain our service model and strategies.Collaborate with other managers across Canada to ensure a consistent service approach.Improve processes to better support your team and clients, actively participating in Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizens, DMS).Plan and execute projects related to the implementation of new tools or technologies.Coach and guide your team to strengthen understanding of strategies and tools.Lead regular alignment meetings between the service team and corresponding sales team to strengthen market insight, enhance collaboration, and ensure a unified presence when presenting.Ensure client satisfaction within your direct team and address any escalations or improvement opportunities.QualificationsHolds a university degree in a relevant field.Has solid knowledge of capital accumulation plans, defined benefit plans, and investments.Possesses proven experience in management and leadership, as well as in developing customer service strategies.Demonstrates expertise in retirement plans and strong technical skills.Understands Lean philosophy (A3, Kaizens, DMS).Excels in communication, presentation, persuasion, and planning skills.Shows strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build high-performing teams.Is highly motivated by new challenges.Has an advanced level of French, both written and spoken.Has an intermediate level of English, as the person will need to communicate by email and videoconference with English-speaking team members on a weekly basis.
