What you will accomplish with us: Provide an outstanding customer service in a wholesale distribution environment; Process orders and quotations using different methods and support inside and outside sales team with quotation requests; Manage all incoming phone calls and text messages in a professional manner; Source parts and/or equipment in collaboration with buying groups and suppliers; Understand clients’ needs and suggest appropriate products or services to achieve satisfaction; Build sustainable customer relationships and trust with customers account through open communication; Follow company guidelines, policies and procedures; Address customer's concerns and offer the best solution to solve the problem in a timely manner; Conduct physical inventory and maintain inventory accuracy and cleanliness; Various other related duties including after hours on-call duties to support the branch as assigned by supervisor. What You Bring to Our Team: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Professional phone manner and customer service skills; Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively; Problem solving abilities; Good sales abilities and persuasiveness; Ability to work under pressure unsupervised; Strong work ethic and positive team attitude; Post-secondary education (an asset); Ability to respond to emergency after hours call in an on-call rotation; Previous experience in HVAC-R industry, retail sales or technical related field (an asset); Completion of professional degree in refrigeration, heating, ventilation (an asset); Ability to operate a forklift, training will be provided as needed; Compensation Information: Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually Supplemental Pay Types Include: overtime pay; annual bonus The final salary will be determined based on the candidate’s skills and experience, in compliance with applicable regulations.
