Principal Accountabilities Handle inquiries and provide community information. Move‑In/Move‑Out Coordination: Conduct tenant orientation and unit viewings. Prepare, explain, and provide lease documents. Turn over keys and complete condition reports. Tenant Management: Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease violations with follow‑ups. Prepare applications, documentation, and attend court hearings if needed. Process lease renewals, rent calculations, and overdue accounts. Maintain updated tenant files (hard copy & digital).Follow tenant account collection policies and retention programs. Use Property Management software proficiently. Stay updated on Residential Tenancy Act changes. Assist in special projects and community initiatives. Prepare and present internal/external reports. Stay informed on community services and programs. Maintain confidentiality and professional ethics. Attend meetings (on-site/off-site). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Yardi. Valid driver's license required. Other duties as assigned. Working Conditions Exposure to stressful tenant situations, time-sensitive demands, and potential verbal/physical threats. Adverse weather and driving conditions when traveling within the community.
