Position Summary Provide public education surrounding waste management and implementation of automated cart collection Assist with additional promotion and education duties Attend information sessions, community events, or other educational opportunities as they arise Assist with the oversight and completion of waste audits and waste participation surveys Other duties as assigned Shift hours of operation are between 5:30 am and 7:00 pm, (Monday to Friday) Must be available to start full-time work as of May 4, 2026, varied shifts are possible Qualifications MUST BE ENROLLED IN AND RETURNING TO FULL-TIME SECONDARY OR POST SECONDARY STUDIES IN FALL OF 2026 – Verification will be required A valid Class 'G' driver’s licence is required Must demonstrate corporate values of Belonging, Collaboration, Accountability, and Innovation Skills, Abilities, Work Demands Ability to work alone or in a team environment Proven customer service skills Ability to work outside in inclement weather conditions Must be able to follow instructions and complete daily work assignments Must provide and wear CSA approved protective footwear A satisfactory criminal record check will be required by the successful candidates at their own expense Closing Statement Please inform us of any accommodations we need to make to ensure a barrier-free recruitment experience.
